Bio-Enhanced® is Sodium Stabilised R-Alpha Lipoic Acid (Na-RALA). 

Na-RALA is generally considered superior to the non-stabilised form as it can more effectively saturate the body with lipoic acid. 

With the same quantity, Bio-Enhanced® Na-RALA reaches approximately 21 times higher blood concentrations of lipoic acid compared to non-stabilised R-lipoic acid.
