All orders are sent out on the same day or the next day. If you place your order on the weekend or a public holiday, then it will be sent out on the next normal working day.
All parcels are sent out by a tracked mail service. Your tracking number will be sent to you within 48 hours of your order being sent out.
Please note: The expected delivery times below are as given to us by the shipping companies. All timings are estimates unless booked as a guaranteed delivery. Parcels can unfortunately be delayed for many reasons, please check your tracking number with the courier and allow 72 hours before contacting us.
Europe
Parcels in Europe are sent by UPS or GLS.
- Expected delivery time 2 - 10 working days dependent on destination country.
Orders made before 12 noon (depending on time of year) will be sent out on the same day. Orders made after 12 noon, Saturdays, Sundays or on a Public Holiday will be sent out on the next shipping day.
