Do I need Omega 3 if I eat fish?Updated 7 months ago

Official guidelines suggest that two servings of fatty fish per week typically supply sufficient amounts of Omega-3 fatty acids for most adults. Nonetheless, some of our customers opt for our algae-based Omega 3s due to concerns about fish consumption sustainability, worries about environmental pollutants, or simply for convenience.
